Starting to see homes just standing vacant where builders such as Royce Homes, Hacienda Builders, etc. have filed for bandrupcy. Now we have Short Sales, Bank owned, and Foreclosed Builder Homes (which are just sitting there vacant........with no way for us to bring buyers to and sell them.
